Infact, the oldest drawing of a vessel in Europe came from the Croatian coast and can be found in Grapceva cave on the island of Hvar.
Hundred of thousands of vessels of all types and shapes were built by inhabitants of Croatian coast from times immemorial until the present. They are used for traveling, trading and for defence.
Nowadays the Croatian shipbuilding industry produces all types of modern vessels as well as restoring old sailing ships to allow you to experience the feel and the touch of an ancient sailing adventure.
